Viewer/Browser/Preloader Templates for pdf2swf/jpeg2swf files
These SWFs can be used with swfcombine for making the pdf2swf and jpeg2swf swfs browsable
and for equipping them with a preloader.

NOTICE: You need at least swftools-0.1.1 to make this work, due to thousands of bugs in
swfcombine in the earlier versions. ;)
